I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a beautiful, quiet location. The signature spa offered impeccable service and was well-designed. The room was big, beautiful, and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the restaurant was amazing. I also enjoyed exploring the hotel and found a little shop with unique gifts. it was a fantastic experience.
The medical center at the hotel received negative reviews for being unprofessional and incompetent.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Resort in Bad Ragaz. The rooms may be slightly dated, but they are luxurious, with a beautiful bathroom and impeccable cleanliness. The turndown service in the evening is a lovely touch. The breakfast options are plentiful and delicious. And let me tell you, the spa is absolutely amazing! It's one of the best spas I've ever been to. The IGNIV restaurant offers a superb dining experience, while the other restaurant, Olive D'or, is also quite good. The staff, especially at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. a wonderful experience.

very fancy and elegant hotel,the swiming pool ,sauna and spa complex are amazing.very good brekfast and nice rooms.
the hotel prices are to much high.the hotel staff dont let the guests stay in the spa facilitiys after check out time or to have late cheek out.

The spa and massage facilities were good, although only 1 out of 3 massages was excellent.
The staff was over friendly and almost insistent while not particularly efficient. Some things did not work in the room.

The spa facilities were incredible, with a wide range of saunas and a fantastic view. The breakfast al card was delicious and elegant.
The experience didn't match what was portrayed on the TV show "Amazing Hotels". Certain aspects shown, like the spa towel service, were not as described.
